1950 to 2000 data was originally printed in Appendix II of Opera Viva: The Canadian Opera Company The First Fifty Years, Dundurn Press, 2000. It is used here with the kind permission of the authors Ezra Schabas and Carl Morey. Canadian Opera Company programs from 00/01 season to present have been scanned and entered into a database. These programs are copyright by the COC. The COC is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

Emendations:
Inconsistencies in the exact form of singer name have mostly been resolved by consulting the artist. Where there this was infeasible Google was used. The intent was to support the sort by performer name.
Role names have also been edited for consistency.

A precursor of the COC DB was a similar list for Opera in Concert. This started as an addendum to Stuart Hamilton Wikipedia article. Various attributes including length make it unsuitable for a Wikipedia article. It has two features not in the COC database. These are links to reviews and Wikipedia singer articles. Perhaps it should be redone in the same format as the COC database which has derived databases.
